New Chapters of Ma life..
Talkin' bout life sometime makes me wonder..
I'll pause for a while if you asked me the same questions..
Why did I choose rap?
-Well.. That one is simple.. I love music so much and I wanna express ma life in music and I myself wanna contribute somethin' to the music world. They asked me this, why don't you try singin'?..
The truth is, I cant sing for real man. And I'm glad I could admit that 'cos I wont talk ish.. LOL.
Well.. There's another reason for that. A friend introduce me to hiphop music and I fell in love with it. :)
When did I start to live ma life as Mitch Gizmo?
-The moment I start to write ma first line, thats when it started. Somewhere in 2002. Ma brothers and friends even encourage me to move ahead and do somethin' for the music. That time, hiphop started to grow up here in Brunei. Every one is wearin' somethin' that makes them look like a star. People dance is the streets, party everywhere. Yea..
Why now? What happened to the previous years of delay?
-Well.. 2002 was just a warming up for me. Never finished a full song. I'm not ready to publish my works. Problems keep on comin' from time to time. O-level exams, no good songs to produce, no money to record songs and so on. I should've started releasing ma songs in 2009 'cos I was lyrically active at that time. It's way better compared to ma lyrics in 2005. Now I'm here.. For me, this is just the beginning..
